Fiercely independent insurance agency is looking for a seasoned Property & Casualty Account Manager to join us on a part-time, contract basis (5–10 hours per week). We are a boutique risk management and insurance brokerage serving medium to large architecture and engineering firms across the U.S. We’re seeking a professional who brings both expertise and mentorship to the table. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys refining processes, and is passionate about supporting and developing newer account managers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day servicing of commercial P&C accounts using Applied EPIC and CSR24 - Provide hands-on training and coaching to newer account managers on systems, workflows, and best practices - Help refine internal workflows and contribute to creating SOPs and operational documentation - Troubleshoot system issues and provide guidance to improve overall efficiency - Be available during West Coast (PST) business hours for collaborative tasks or internal team support Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience - Strong knowledge of Applied EPIC and CSR24 – this is a MUST HAVE - Experience mentoring or training junior account managers - Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication Nice to Have (Pluses): - Positive, energetic attitude and a team-first mentality - A growth mindset and interest in being part of a forward-thinking agency - Familiarity with architecture and engineering firms is a bonus, but not required Compensation: - $75 to $125 per hour, depending on experience - Estimated 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential for more as the agency grows
