Expert React Developer Needed

Looking for an Expert React Developer, who also has excellent communication skills. This project is to develop our task management module for our new ERP system. It's a single screen with supporting modals. All the components needed have already been developed and are in use by other modules in our system. So, you can reuse them. And the Back End has been developed. So, the job is pure front end and integration. I'm attaching a document that gives a detailed explanation. Please be sure to review the document carefully, including the swagger documentation provided. The Back End developer will be there to answer questions on specific cases as needed, but you should basically understand the logic of the system going in, so questions will be less. I prefer to work FIXED PRICE. Please include your price and timeline to develop this module, and let me know when you'll be ready to start. The biggest thing is communication. I need to work with someone who is going to understand the scope, chart out a plan of attack for each project, and provide regular status updates with definite success criteria, so we can see the work moving forward.
