We are looking for an experienced interior designer to help us remodel our kitchen. Our goal is to create a modern, functional, and stylish space that will meet our practical needs while reflecting our personal taste. We are looking for someone who can bring creative solutions to space planning, material selection, and overall aesthetic. Key Responsibilities: Initial Consultation: Understand our kitchen needs, style preferences, and budget. Design Concept: Develop and present a complete design concept, including layout, materials, color schemes, and functionality improvements. Product & Material Selection: Recommend high-quality materials for countertops, cabinetry, flooring, backsplash, and hardware. 3D Renderings: Provide 3D renderings or visual representations of the final design to help us visualize the project. Space Planning: Maximize the functionality of the space, including storage solutions, appliances, and organization. Coordination with Contractors: If needed, coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure designs are executed correctly (if based in US). Styling & Final Touches: Once the remodel is complete, assist with final styling, including furniture placement, lighting, and decorative accents. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in kitchen remodeling and interior design with a strong portfolio (preferably with before-and-after shots). Familiarity with kitchen layout, design trends, and efficient space planning. Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.). Experience working within set budgets while still delivering high-quality designs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely or on-site (if needed). A keen eye for detail, functional design, and aesthetics. Project Deliverables: Detailed floor plans, layout, and design concepts. Color palette, material samples, and product recommendations. 3D renderings or visualizations for review. A timeline of the remodel process. Budget breakdown and cost estimation.
