We are seeking a professional, reliable, and highly organized Music and Literary Management Coordinator to work remotely on overseeing distinct projects, and conducting strategic outreach. This role requires an expert communicator with strong research and writing skills, as well as proficiency in digital organization and data management. Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple projects with precision and efficiency Drafting and editing professional letters and documents Conducting strategic outreach to branding, literary and music industry professionals and key contacts Researching playlist opportunities and soliciting placements and opportunities for artist Creating and managing files, emails, documents, and spreadsheets using Google Drive and Dropbox Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Organizing and maintaining an extensive music, photo and video library Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree required) Minimum of 3 years of experience in organization/project management Strong research skills Expert-level writing and communication skills Proficiency in Google Drive, Dropbox, and document/spreadsheet management Ability to type 75+ WPM with accuracy Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills To apply please email resume.
