This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in planning and executing events—ranging from vibrant parties and exclusive brunches to immersive excursions and high-profile networking gatherings. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events in major cities and holiday locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, entertainers, and local providers to create seamless event experiences. Lead sales efforts to promote and sell event packages, ensuring high attendance and engagement. Develop strategic marketing campaigns to attract guests and enhance Nomadic Village’s brand visibility. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners to secure the best possible deals. Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with company goals. Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Oversee event logistics, from venue selection to post-event evaluation. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in event planning and execution within urban environments. Strong sales and marketing background with a track record of driving revenue through event promotion. Fluency in Spanish and English—essential for international coordination and guest engagement. Exceptional negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals with suppliers and venues. Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously. Creativity and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
