Job Description We’re a US-based C Corporation with very low activity (1–3 transactions/month) looking for a licensed CPA to support us with the following: Scope of Work Prepare and file our 2024 C Corp return (Form 1120) by the April 15, 2025 deadline Advise on any necessary action related to our 2023 tax year (if applicable) Minimal bookkeeping support as needed (we can provide all bank statements and transaction records) Requirements Licensed CPA with experience filing Form 1120 for C Corps Able to start immediately and meet April 15th filing deadline Experience with early-stage or low-transaction-volume businesses preferred Strong communication and ability to work independently Bonus: Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms Budget Open to hourly or fixed-fee proposals Please include your rate, estimated hours (or total fee), and availability Next Steps: We’re looking to move quickly and can provide all records and context right away.
