Real Estate Lead Generation Assistant (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens - Craigslist & Facebook Marketplace) Description: I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist in identifying rental or sale listings by owner on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens). The goal is to verify if the listing is from an owner or a broker, and if it’s an owner, establish contact, represent me as a real estate broker, and secure an agreement for me to become their broker. This is an opportunity for long-term work if you are successful in generating leads. Responsibilities: Regularly check Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace for rental or sale listings in NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens). Verify if the listing is posted by an owner, not a broker. Reach out to the property owner via phone or email, representing yourself as my assistant. Ask the owner the following three questions: Have you worked with an agent in the past or currently have one in mind? If not, why are you working without an agent? (Then, pitch my script, which I will provide to you). Secure an agreement with the owner for me to represent them as their broker. Ask for the owner’s permission to share their contact information with me. Report back to me on any leads you generate, and cc me on all communications with property owners. Keep track of all interactions and provide regular updates. Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Must be comfortable with calling and emailing property owners. Experience in real estate in NYC is required. Must be reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Must be able to follow instructions and pitch my provided script accurately. Keep track of all interactions and provide regular updates. Work 3 hours per day, divided into three time slots: 8 AM - 9 AM 12 PM - 1 PM 5 PM - 6 PM (all in NYC time). Be in constant contact with me via text and report any written or phone communication with leads (successful or not).
