We are actively seeking a motivated, outgoing Virtual Assistant to join our team in the mortgage lending industry. This is a $15 Per Hourly + $57 Per Hour Bonuses— if you're personable, persistent, and eager to learn, you could earn $14,000+ in just 30 days and potentially $150,000+ annually. (VA Compensation attached). We’d love to invite you to take the next step and begin with us as a Virtual Assistant for an initial 30-day period. This will allow you to gain hands-on experience and set you up for long-term success, especially as you grow into roles such as recruiting and managing other Virtual Assistants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visit open houses to connect with agents and introduce our lending services. 2. Call real estate agents and pitch our value proposition. 3. Add agent contacts to our CRM for automated and manual follow-ups. 4. Send follow-up texts and emails, and make calls to stay at the top of your mind. 5. Act as the primary point of contact for the agents you onboard. 6. Track daily activity and submit weekly progress reports. 7. Attend all training sessions and stay updated on our messaging and processes. What We’re Looking For 1. Access a vehicle with valid insurance ( for in-person visits ). 2. What You'll Do Your primary role is 1. Implement our well-developed, proven real estate agent outreach program. 2. Create connections and nurture relationships with real estate agents. 3. Create connections at open houses to generate interested borrowers from open houses interested in loan programs. Training & Support We provide ongoing training, scripts, objection-handling techniques, and all the tools you’ll need to succeed. You’ll be coached by top-performing team members who will help you master the approach. Earnings & Compensation This is a performance-based, ongoing, growth-oriented, very stable position: With consistent effort, you can reasonably expect to earn $14,000/month and up to $150,000/year after your ramp-up period. You earn for every loan that closes, whether it’s the first, second, or tenth loan from the same agent. You must be available to work at least 15-35 hours per week, your choice Milestones 1) 10+ Qualified Referrals Per Week from Brokers and Open Houses / 3+ Document Submissions / 1+ Loan Funding (Loan Amount 400k) $525. Plus a $475 Bonus upon 1+ Loan credited to the Borrower's Bank Account. (Each Loan Amount 400k) 2) 14+ Qualified Referrals Per Week from Brokers and Open Houses / 6+ Document Submissions / 2+ Loan Funding (Loan Amount 400k) $1000. Plus, a $1000 bonus upon 2+ Loans is credited to the Borrower's Bank Account. (Each Loan Amount 400k) 3) 18+ Qualified Referrals Per Week from Brokers and Open Houses / 8+ Document Submissions / 4+ Loan Funding (Loan Amount 400k) $1425. Plus a $2575 Bonus upon 4+ Loans credited to the Borrower's Bank Account. (Each Loan Amount 400k) 4) 25+ Qualified Referrals Per Week from Brokers and Open Houses / 15+ Document Submissions / 7+ Loan Funding (Loan Amount 400k) $2550.
