The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Google Search, Display, and Local Service Ads, with expertise in keyword research, bid strategy, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. Experience with landing page optimization and Google Analytics is a plus. Responsibilities: • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns • Conduct keyword research and implement bid strategies • Monitor performance metrics and provide reports • Optimize ads for higher CTR and lower CPC • Implement tracking (GA4, conversion tracking, call tracking) Requirements: • Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to increase conversions and optimize ad spend • Knowledge of Google Ads policies and best practices This is a remote, long-term opportunity with room for growth.
