Seeking a freelancer to manage content, scheduling, and analytics across LinkedIn, X, and Google My Business. Must have B2B social experience and be fluent in GA4, HubSpot, and native platform tools. QFlow Systems is a B2G-focused SaaS company that delivers enterprise document management and workflow automation solutions for government and commercial organizations. We’re seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to take full ownership of content creation, scheduling, and channel management across LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Google My Business. Our Head of Marketing will provide strategic direction—you’ll handle the rest, bringing consistency, creativity, and efficiency to our social media presence. Responsibilities: - Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with our brand voice and government-focused audience. - Manage daily operations across LinkedIn, X, and Google My Business. - Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate when needed. - Track and report performance analytics monthly using our existing tech stack. - Collaborate on campaign ideas, repurpose content, and suggest improvements based on trends or insights. Ideal Candidate: - Proven track record managing social media for B2B or govtech/SaaS clients. - Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. - Familiarity with government-facing tone and compliance in public communications. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working independently with executive leadership. Tools You’ll Use: - GA4 (Google Analytics 4) - HubSpot (for scheduling & analytics) - LinkedIn and X Native tools Bonus Points If You: - Have experience working with government clients or in regulated industries. - Understand LinkedIn’s lead generation and community-building best practices. - Can recommend creative repurposing strategies for thought leadership content. Timeline: We’re looking to onboard someone in either April or May 2025 for an ongoing engagement. Availability for occasional check-in calls during US business hours is preferred.
