We're building a modern operational backbone to support national growth and white-glove service across HR, benefits, payroll, and compliance solutions. Role Overview We are seeking a highly technical, process-driven implementor to lead the integration, automation, and workflow optimization of our core platforms—including Accelo, Resipro, Microsoft 365, and web-based tools—into a seamless, scalable ecosystem. This person will build out data flows, design intelligent automations, and create unified reporting structures to enable operational excellence and reduce manual oversight. Key Responsibilities Platform Integration & Workflow Automation Design and implement data syncs and workflow automations between Accelo, Resipro, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), and our website. Build automations that trigger Accelo tasks or tickets based on form submissions, onboarding steps, client tier, or Resipro email interactions. Integrate self-service forms (FMLA, disability, leave requests) into Accelo ticketing and workflows, including status tracking and routing logic. Eliminate redundant data entry between Ease, Employee Navigator, and Accelo by optimizing file imports, API usage, or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom scripts). Subscription Delivery Enablement Build automated service workflows in Accelo tied to subscription tiers (Basic, Mid-Level, Premium), defining triggers, SLAs, and task routing. Create logical linkages between subscription tiers and content delivery (e.g., trigger automated content pushes from the HR Resource Library). Client Communication & Campaign Sync Connect Resipro AI-driven communications with Accelo’s CRM lifecycle stages to automate onboarding reminders, compliance updates, and renewal notices. Ensure marketing activity in Resipro is trackable in Accelo for lead-source attribution and campaign effectiveness. Reporting & Intelligence Design dashboards and reporting solutions that aggregate data from Accelo, Teams, Resipro, and other platforms to track: SLA adherence Client satisfaction Communication volume and timing Consultant performance and capacity
