Job Title: Certified Divorce Analyst Needed for FinAware System Evaluation Job Description: We are seeking a Certified Divorce Analyst with extensive experience in forensic financial analysis and divorce case preparation to evaluate FinAware—a cutting-edge financial discovery and data analytics platform. FinAware leverages advanced language models to translate natural language queries into precise data retrieval (via Cypher queries) from bank statements and financial documents. The goal of this project is to assess whether FinAware aligns with and enhances the workflow of certified divorce analysts in uncovering hidden assets, verifying income, and building robust financial evidence for divorce cases. Responsibilities: System Review & Testing: Thoroughly review the FinAware platform by executing a series of natural language queries (e.g., “Show me transactions relating to car loans”, “Show me mortgage transactions”, etc.) that reflect typical tasks in divorce financial analysis. Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of the data retrieved and the visualizations (charts, timelines, Sankey diagrams) provided by the system. Workflow Analysis: Map the FinAware functionality to your current workflow as a certified divorce analyst. Identify any gaps, strengths, or potential areas for improvement that FinAware may offer to streamline case preparation and evidence building. Market Research & Feedback: Provide detailed feedback on the user experience, including ease of use, speed, and reliability. Recommend any features or modifications that could better serve divorce analysts and divorce lawyers. Deliverables: A comprehensive report summarizing your findings, insights, and actionable recommendations. Review the app with the developer. Qualifications: Certified Divorce Analyst or equivalent forensic accounting/legal financial analysis certification. Proven experience working on divorce cases, including income verification, hidden asset detection, and financial evidence preparation. Familiarity with financial document analysis tools, digital record-keeping, and data visualization. Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to articulate technical and practical insights clearly. Previous market research or product testing experience is a plus. Project Duration & Budget: This is a short-term project estimated at a few hours of work. Budget is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. How to Apply: Please submit your proposal detailing your background in divorce financial analysis, previous relevant projects, and your approach to evaluating FinAware. Include any examples of past work (redacted case studies or reports) that demonstrate your expertise in forensic financial analysis for divorce cases. We look forward to partnering with you to explore how FinAware can transform financial discovery in divorce litigation
