Hi! I run a marketing and lead generation company, and I’m looking for someone to help me get a project launched and then support with ongoing tasks. Specifically I am looking for someone who already understands GoHighLevel and has a pretty good understanding of how to make online calendars talk to each other and work for the GHL platform. I am rolling out GHL as a CRM for my own clients, and need to replace the functionality of calendly. You need to understand basic GHL stuff like settings, pipelines, contacts, calendars. And have the ability to make it all work with a branded google calendar we set up for each client, and then have that calendar coordinate with whatever their current calendar is. I need someone to do some degree of walking my clients through the process, screen sharing, making sure its all done correctly, so you need to be in the US or Canada and have flexibility to schedule with me / my clients during US work hours. I think maybe 10-20 hours of work for a week or two, then a few hours per week ongoing, can work US-Based hours (eastern time zone) What You Need: - Familiarity with GoHighLevel (automations, custom fields, snapshots, etc) - Comfort with Google Workspace, online calendars, and email - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - A professional and friendly approach when working with clients Availability & Hours: 3-4 hours per day M-F Must be available between 9AM - 5 PM ET (flexible within that window) How to Apply: - Briefly share your experience with GoHighLevel or similar tools - Include a resume or portfolio (if available) - Record a short video introducing yourself so I can see how you communicate - Looking forward to hearing from you! *You must have good reviews on upwork to be considered.
