Description: I'm looking for a skilled DAW editor or music producer to help create a dynamic click track to accompany a drumless version of Hot for Teacher (Van Halen). This will be used in a live drum practice/performance setting with a Roland TD-30KV drum module. The goal: Build a tempo-mapped click track that follows the natural fluctuations of the original song and can be routed to trigger the internal metronome on the TD-30KV. Key details: The song has a 32-measure drum intro — I’ll need a 4-bar count-in before that starts. Tempo fluctuates throughout, so the click track needs to reflect those changes accurately. I'd like the click to drop out during sections without drums (e.g., the spoken parts of the verses) and resume when drums come back in Output should be a Logic Pro session with: The drumless track aligned A separate tempo-synced click track with dropouts as described All automation and timing cleanly set up Deliverables: DAW session file with click track and drumless audio properly aligned Exported audio stems if needed (e.g., click-only track) Any setup notes or quick explanation of how to route the click to the TD-30KV Optional but nice to have: Experience with e-drums or Roland drum modules Comfort building tempo maps in songs with natural feel (non-grid-perfect) Looking to get this done pretty soon, so let me know your availability, any relevant experience, and your typical turnaround. Thanks!
