SEEKING INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER I’m building a high-quality, hybrid Sterile Processing Technician course designed to prepare students for the CBSPD certification exam and help them transition into hospital roles with hands-on lab experience. This is more than test prep — it's an 80+ hour program designed to compassionately train new techs on both the technical and emotional challenges of the job. The course is built on real-world workflows and aligned with national exam content.
