I am looking for an Ai developer that will be able to program an application that will use google maps street view and apple street view to find real property that is distressed by showing the program what to look for. It also must be able to look for properties that will appreciate in value over time because of the area. This program must be user friendly and easy to understand.must have -Learning algorithm -Using stressed properties to compile the list -Great a list of the properties
 -Provide phone number using public records 
-Also is able to provide relatives phone numbers
 -Multiple pictures of the propertie over the years -Similar to Zillow
 -Current price of property and potential price based on area 
-Be able to search in a certain zone depending on how far it is from current location
