Awards Show Program Book

I am looking for an expert in print design to create an awards show program book. The awards show celebrates high school student athletes for their achievements on and off the field. The 5.5x8.5" printed booklet is roughly 30 pages and contains finalist nomination descriptions and photos, parent ads, and promotional offers. All copy and photos will be provided to the designer who is responsible for the page design, stock images and layout. The aforementioned content will be provided once the awards nomination period concludes on April 24. First draft expected by May 9 and print-ready files are needed in hand by May 26.
