Airbrush artist to paint 13' rocket

I need someone near Ventura, CA, (so Santa Barbara to LA) to paint a fiberglass rocket with a creative airbrush design. The rocket is 13' long and 4" in diameter. So you are basically painting a design around a 4" tube. I can paint the rocket with primer and a solid base color, then your job is to paint a cool design on it. Design doesn't have to cover the whole rocket. May or may not include the 6 fins. But you must be within driving distance of Ventura, CA, so I can transport the rocket to and from your place. The name of the rocket is "22,000 Days" (the Moody Blues song) and the design will probably include concepts like an hour glass, a clock, and a field of stars or cosmos as background. For sure I want the name of the rocket in the design. We can discuss artistic details once I've chosen an artist. Please include samples of your airbrush work. Thanks!
