Job Description We are a fast-paced marketing agency seeking a reliable and experienced WordPress Developer to support our growing portfolio of client websites. This long-term freelance role involves building pixel-perfect, high-performance WordPress websites from provided Figma designs and assisting with ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimizations. You’ll collaborate with our Project Managers and Development Operations Manager to translate design, content, and technical requirements into responsive, SEO-optimized WordPress sites using modern page builders and block-based workflows. ✅ Responsibilities - Build custom WordPress websites using Elementor, Gutenberg (Kadence), or WP Bakery based on Figma designs - Translate sitemaps, IA documents, and content plans into functional and scalable site architecture - Populate content using copy decks and structured content plans, with attention to layout, hierarchy, and usability - Collaborate with project managers to implement client feedback and revisions efficiently - Apply WordPress SEO and performance optimization best practices (page speed, accessibility, image handling, etc.) - Update content and manage minor design tweaks on live sites as needed - Assist with CRM integrations and other third-party systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
