We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Teams Migration Consultant to help us transition from Dropbox to SharePoint and Microsoft Teams while maintaining our current file accessibility and workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and macOS file management, ensuring a smooth migration with minimal disruption to our operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a migration plan to move all company files from Dropbox to SharePoint while ensuring seamless integration with Teams channels. Configure SharePoint and Teams so that files are easily accessible on our Mac Finder, maintaining the ability to work with both cloud and local files as we currently do with Dropbox. Ensure that Adobe design project links function properly within SharePoint, similar to their current usability in Dropbox. Set up appropriate permissions and access controls, ensuring that some files are not visible to clients in Teams private channels where we invite them. Optimize SharePoint’s structure so that files appear correctly within Teams channels and align with our existing Dropbox organization. Provide training and documentation to our team on best practices for using SharePoint and Teams efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience migrating Dropbox to SharePoint & Teams with macOS compatibility. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams administration. Experience configuring file permissions and access controls in Teams. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows and how linked files function within cloud storage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ensure minimal disruption during migration. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear documentation and training. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with creative or architecture firms using Adobe design files. Knowledge of OneDrive for Business as an additional sync tool for SharePoint. Background in IT support for macOS environments.
