About The Role: We are looking for a dependable, long-term team member to help us advertise and market homes for sale within our mobile home communities. This is an ongoing part-time role — not a one-time project — with steady, consistent work each week. Your main responsibilities will be to post home listings online, respond to incoming inquiries, follow up with prospects, and track weekly lead generation activity. We handle the sales process and closing — your role focuses on marketing, communication, and lead tracking. Responsibilities: 1. Create & Post Listings Post mobile home ads on sites like: Facebook Marketplace Craigslist Zillow Local classified or housing sites. Use photos, pricing, and descriptions provided by our team. 2. Respond to Inquiries & Follow Up Reply to incoming messages from prospective buyers. Answer basic questions (price, availability, location). Immediate - Follow up to confirm interest and schedule next steps. Pass warm leads to our internal team for showings and closing. 3. Track Leads & Report Weekly Maintain a simple lead tracking spreadsheet (template provided). Record: Where ads were posted. Number of leads per home/platform. Basic notes from communication. Provide a short weekly report summarizing: Total leads generated. Best-performing platforms. Any observations or recommendations. Qualifications: Strong communication skills — professional and friendly. Comfortable using online platforms for posting and messaging. Very organized — able to track and report leads accurately. Reliable and responsive. No sales experience required — this is not a closing role. Experience with real estate, property management, or virtual assistance is a plus (but not required). Compensation: Hourly pay: (based on experience) and interview Flexible remote work — approximately 1 to 4 hours per week depending on home inventory and lead activity.
