We’re looking for an experienced SEO Consultant to help us build a strong SEO presence using only white-hat techniques. We have an existing SEO plan in place, but we’re looking for an expert who can both contribute directly and refine our strategy to accelerate growth in a sustainable, ethical way. This is a consulting role (not full-time), but we’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and capable of working alongside our team on a weekly basis to compound results. Perform hands-on SEO tasks o Execute key SEO optimizations including on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata updates, site structure recommendations, and more. 2. Evaluate our current SEO plan o Audit current initiatives and identify strengths, gaps, and quick wins. 3. Enhance and accelerate our strategy o Recommend high-impact, white-hat SEO tactics to help us scale faster while staying compliant with best practices. 4. Lead weekly SEO check-ins o Provide updates, review KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure consistent momentum. 5. Provide actionable "To-Do’s" for our internal team o Deliver clear and specific tasks that our team can execute to reinforce and amplify your efforts. Requirements: • Proven experience driving SEO growth using white-hat strategies • Strong understanding of both technical and content-driven SEO • Excellent communication skills; able to simplify and explain SEO strategies to non-technical team members • Ability to work hands-on, not just advise • Results-oriented with the ability to track, measure, and communicate performance Preferred Experience: • Experience working with SaaS, legal tech, or platforms targeting creatives (e.g. music, design) • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. • Skilled in building scalable content strategies with long-term SEO value Commitment: • Estimated: 4–8 hours per week • Weekly check-ins (async or live) • Flexible schedule, but responsive and proactive communication is key To Apply: Please include: • A brief overview of your SEO philosophy and approach • Links to websites or startups you’ve helped grow, along with quantitative impact (e.g. "% increase in traffic," "rankings achieved," "leads generated," etc.) • Your availability and hourly or project-based rate
