Hello, I started a women's supplements brand that currently focuses on pre workout powder supplements. Many of my keywords for the pre workout are on page 1 and I need an extra boost to get to position 1 for my keywords. Due to the low volume nature of the keywords if I'm not in position #1, then I'm not really getting much traffic. For my primary keyword I did get to #1 when I was running Google Ads but when I stopped running the ads my rankings dropped. Besides SEO for the pre workout, I will be coming out with a protein powder that I would also like to begin doing some preliminary SEO work on prior to the release. Please note that I am not trying to rank for these generic terms (pre workout or protein powder) as that is unrealistic. I'm looking to rank for much more niche keywords and that makes things easier, obviously. One thing I'd like to note is with regards to backlinks, I prefer quality over quantity, so if you have specific standards for backlinks, that would be good to outline so I can see if your backlink methodology aligns with my expectations.
