Long(er) form video content editor - modern, professional - like an online course

I'm looking for a professional video editor with experience with longer form videos, ones that are greater than 3 minutes in length (as opposed to "quick hit" TikTok or Instagram videos). These videos are closer to online courses than they are to social media content. The target audience is LinkedIn or YouTube, and they are designed to educate rather than to entertain (although I try to make them entertaining). I'd like the end result to be modern and interesting, rather than like an early 1990's corporate video. I'm looking to establish a format for these videos that can be reused - content placement on the screen, accompanying text and/or related professional presentation information, standard fonts and colors, and a visual style that I can consider to be my own. In addition to editing, when needed, color correction, and although the audio is clear, it needs to be processed. I also imagine the inclusion of existing movie, TV, YouTube, other clips to accompany my content, as well as AI generated images and or videos to make the overall result more visually compelling and interesting.. Ideally, I'd find an editor who can produce one to three edits a week after we arrive on visual identity - and communication process - that can be reproduced quickly. Finally, it would be great if we could also come up with a portrait format that could work on YouTube shorts, Instagram, and TikTok. I imagine we would take the existing content and just place it differently in the video.
