Video Editor Needed for Sketch Comedy Show Footage

We are a sketch comedy team looking for someone to edit our live show footage into YouTube videos and clips for shorts/reels. We have a backlog of 6 hour-long shows that we need processed this way. In addition to cutting the footage, we also need someone who can perform color correction on the clips and mix the multitrack audio to ensure the dialog is audible. Ideally our editor could also create enticing thumbnails for the YouTube videos and subtitles for the shorts, but that is not a hard requirement.
