We recently migrated a client’s WordPress website to a new host and are experiencing two critical issues that need immediate resolution: 1. Gravity Form Not Redirecting Properly The form submits and data is recorded, but the user is not redirected to the thank-you page. AJAX is currently enabled. May involve JavaScript conflict, plugin/theme interference, or misconfiguration of confirmation settings. 2. Email Notification Not Being Received Gravity Forms notifications are not being delivered post-submission. Emails are recorded in the WP Mail Logging plugin, but the recipient (Microsoft 365 Outlook) is not receiving them. Likely related to SMTP configuration or missing SPF/DKIM/DMARC DNS records.
