We’re looking for a licensed RN in Wisconsin to support our small adult family home (3 residents) in Milwaukee. This is a flexible, contract-based role—perfect for a nurse who values person-centered care and wants to contribute to a home-like, supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll help us maintain health oversight, complete assessments, and potentially delegate tasks like medication administration, tube feeding, or catheter care (if applicable). The time commitment is low but meaningful—and you’ll be a valued member of our extended care team. Key Responsibilities: Perform initial and periodic health assessments for residents Help develop and review individual care plans Provide delegation and training to caregivers (when applicable) Review medication management protocols and documentation Be available for consultation or visits as needed (typically very limited in frequency unless a medical need arises) Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations Ideal Candidate: RN licensed in Wisconsin Comfortable working with adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities Experience in residential, home care, or AFH/CBRF settings preferred Good communicator—able to collaborate with caregivers and families Organized and able to maintain documentation for compliance
