We’re a fast-growing marketing agency serving Home Services and B2B clients across North America and Western Europe. Our team is fully remote, with core working hours in Central European and Eastern US time zones. We’re looking for a proactive, responsive, and resourceful tech support contractor to jump in as-needed to help solve internal and client-facing technical issues. You won’t be writing code, but you’ll need to be smart, self-directed, and comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools to get things working—fast. ⸻ ✅ What You’ll Do This is an on-call, freelance role—some weeks may be quiet, others more active depending on need. You’ll be our go-to tech utility player.
