Starting pay is based on experience ($15 -$30) per hour and all possibilities for raises are based on work performance. (If your fee is higher than what I stated above and I selected you that means I will pay your fee if we are a good match.) What will the freelancer be doing? There will be multiple tasks that need to be done to make this a successful partnership. Your first task will be to manage the client success concierge team and make sure they are helping each student in our programs. Your second task will be to dive in and help out in the beginning. Your third task will be to create a guideline for the team to follow and create processes to make following up with students seamless. Your fourth and final task will be to track all students in our programs to make sure they are progressing and getting their questions answered. If you have any questions, please make sure you ask. What Qualities are needed to be successful? Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are five qualities that I am looking for: Integrity, Commitment, Communication, Creativity, and Organization. Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with me and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to me and the team. If you can hit a deadline or not. Commitment. I've had freelancers for one project and am looking to hire others for a longer period of time. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. Communication. It is very important for us to be able to communicate with you on this project. We do not expect you to work 7 days a week but we do require a 24-hour response if the message is sent during your working schedule. For example: If you only work Sunday through Thursday. If we send you a message on Thursday evening, we don't expect a reply until Sunday. If you need more clarification on that please ask. Creativity. We want this person to be ethical in their approach but nothing is off the table. If you come up with a way to sell our program that is unique from the market and it works then we will run with that. Organization. In order for this partnership to work, we will need to be extremely organized in how we send documents and keep things together. This includes Excel spreadsheets, emails, etc. As the business grows, I will be looking to hire staff to join our growing team.
