We are growing, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to help us shape and amplify our voice online—someone who gets the nuance of building a conscious, compelling brand presence and who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. About the Role This is a solo-marketer role ideal for someone who wants to own the full digital marketing ecosystem—from strategy to execution. You will work closely with the AVVI founder and Operations Team to translate our mission and voice into a digital presence that converts curiosity into community. This is a remote, US part-time (10–20 hours/week) position with the potential for more. We are looking to hire immediately. Who This Role is For - You have 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio across social media, content creation, and performance metrics. - You are a storyteller with a marketer’s mind—fluent in both brand narrative and conversion strategy. - You’re not interested in churning out hollow content. You want to create things that feel genuine, alive, and aligned with a deeper mission. - You’ve worked independently or in small, nimble teams where you wore multiple hats—and liked it. - You bring both creative flair and analytical rigor—comfortable writing captions, editing video, building campaigns, and evaluating data. Key Responsibilities - Develop and lead a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with AVVI’s voice and business goals. - Build and manage a content calendar (blog posts, reels, graphics, stories, email campaigns). - Lead social media strategy and management across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify. - Write, design, and publish content that is compelling, intentional, and never generic or “AI-sounding.” - Partner with Aria and AVVI team to write, design and deploy email campaigns that engage current, past and potential customers in our combined databases. - Repurpose and syndicate content across channels to maximize reach and resonance. - Manage online community engagement—respond to comments, nurture conversation, build brand affinity. - Track KPIs and campaign performance, turning insights into action. - Use platforms and tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, basic video editing, and Wix. - Ensure that we are usually email marketing platforms effectively (e.g.,, Mailchimp, ConvertKit) to help drive customer acquisition, increase sales and consistently engage our community. - Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) when needed.
