Help list product on Amazon Seller Central

We had an old product listed with Amazon. I deleted the listing and tried re-uploading the new updated listing, but it's giving me a hard time and not letting me do it. We need help getting this product listed asap, and I'm not sure if we need to create a "child ASIN" or something under that listing. I've managed and uploaded all the products over the years, and not sure what the best solution is here. Looking to hire for this immediately.
