We are seeking a skilled Business Plan Writer to create a comprehensive business plan for an established financial advisor. The ideal candidate will interview me and outline strategic growth plans. This roadmap will be pivotal in securing new clients and guiding my future direction. Applicants should have some experience in financial services, however it's not mandatory and a track record of delivering detailed, professional business plans. Please provide a few samples of previous work to demonstrate your expertise. Business plans generally touch on all of the following bullets: OBJECTIVES: 1. Share my current and previous related success stories 2. Share current annual revenue & AUM in current role/firm, and previous annual revenue & AUM in previous role/firm 3. If applicable, share number of clients self-sourced in current role/firm, their net worth, sizes of relationships, and product mix in relationships 4. Highlight my Intended target clients & prospects (note that Private Bankers are generally pursuing relationship sizes above $5mm) 5. If applicable, share details regarding my existing prospect pipeline in current role/firm – include any prospect that is likely to convert to a client within the next 6 months. 6. Include net worth, industry/business, and locations. 7. Identify prospects, use initials (not full names) to maintain confidentiality. 8. Intended micro-markets and industry verticals. 9. Intended target centers of influence and connectors 10. Describe known T&E/family law attorneys, CPA firms, IB/PE/M&A firms, E&Fs, etc. 11. Specific products & services to be utilized with target clients (e.g., credit, investments, trusts and estates, etc.) and why Intended plan for leveraging internal partners within the Private Bank (T&E professionals, investment specialists, lending advisors, wealth planners, etc.) 12. Intended plan for brand-building in target communities and micro-markets (i.e. board appointments, club memberships, councils, volunteerism, event attendance, etc.) Any other milestones that a Private Banker will set for himself / herself along the way in the first 2-3 years.
