Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll systems, and Financial Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes related to HR, payroll, and finance, and be able to translate business needs into clear requirements for our development and operations teams. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to HCM, Payroll, and Finance functions Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and identify areas for process improvement Document functional and technical specifications clearly and accurately Support project teams in implementing business solutions aligned with organizational goals Perform data analysis and prepare reports to guide decision-making Assist in testing and validating solutions before deployment Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HCM and Payroll domains Strong background in financial analysis related to payroll and HR operations Ability to interpret complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with relevant software/tools (ERP systems, payroll software, Excel, data visualization tools, etc.) Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking Preferred: Experience working with large organizations or enterprises Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to payroll and HR Project Type: Ongoing/Contract Location: Remote Hours: Flexible, based on project needs
