Seeking Licensed Delaware Attorney to represent/advise minority share interest in DE LLC startup. Am initially looking for someone who can represent me from start to finish, so litigation experience is preferable, although my intention is not to go there. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities law and a deep understanding of Delaware LLC regulations. Your expertise is needed to adequately protect minority interests. If you have a proven track record in similar projects, we would love to hear from you! PS Current contract is under Oregon jurisdiction. Company in which I have a minority interest is a DE LLC
