We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare and SaaS to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and user needs—someone who’s not writing code but knows how to talk to engineers, understand workflows, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product specs. IMPORTANT: This is a product manager role, not an engineering or development role. It's very much people and stakeholder facing while also interacting with the engineering team. What You’ll Do: - Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring features are aligned with business and user needs. - Gather and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, and end users to deeply understand current workflows and pain points - Help Define and scope features, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery - Bridge the technical and non-technical, ensuring clear communication across disciplines - Contribute to the product vision and roadmap, helping shape how our platform scales and evolves over time What We’re Looking For: - 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthtech or B2B SaaS - Strong understanding of technical concepts and workflows—you won't be writing code, but you can speak the language - Experience working with modern tech stacks (e.g., Rails, Next.js, Golang, AWS) and agile teams - Excellent communication skills with a knack for turning ambiguous problems into clear plans - Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver results in fast-paced environments Nice to Have: - Familiarity with regulatory or compliance requirements in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA) - Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms - Background in workflow optimization or change management in clinical settings If you're passionate about improving healthcare through thoughtful product design and want to work on meaningful problems with a talented, mission-driven team—we’d love to hear from you.
