Position Summary: We’re looking for an experienced RFP Proposal Writer to assist with crafting winning proposals for local, state, and federal security service contracts. This is a project-based, contract role with the potential for ongoing work based on performance and opportunity flow. Key Responsibilities: Review RFP requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information. Write, edit, and format proposals tailored to each opportunity, ensuring full compliance and alignment with RFP criteria. Translate technical and operational details into clear, persuasive narratives. Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and differentiators. Ensure timely completion and submission of all documents. Qualifications: Proven experience writing successful proposals for RFPs, preferably in the security, facilities management, or government contracting space. Strong knowledge of proposal structures, compliance requirements, and persuasive writing techniques. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with government procurement portals is a plus.
