Our founder has self-funded the business, assembled a sizeable development team, and built significant proprietary technology. With a track record of successful exits in the MedTech space, the founder has the vision and expertise to craft the business plan but lacks the time to do so. ### **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Business Plan Writer** to collaborate with the founder and help develop a comprehensive and compelling business plan. The writer will work from high-level concepts provided by the founder to establish the core components of a standard business plan, ensuring clarity, coherence, and strategic alignment. Once the foundational content is structured, the role will shift toward financial modeling, revenue projections, and the analysis of potential verticals for expansion. Given our unique position and broad monetization strategies, it will be critical to present these concepts in a way that is clear, persuasive, and accessible to potential investors, partners, and stakeholders. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Develop the **business plan framework**, incorporating industry best practices and investor-ready structure. - Translate **high-level concepts** from the founder into well-structured, concise, and impactful content. - Work with existing **reference documentation** to streamline and accelerate content creation. - Create **financial models and revenue projections**, incorporating various monetization strategies. - Analyze **complimentary verticals** and provide strategic insights on growth potential. - Ensure the business plan **effectively communicates our unique value proposition** without overwhelming the reader. - Iterate based on feedback from the founder and other stakeholders. ### **Ideal Candidate** - **Proven experience** in writing business plans, especially for early-stage, tech-driven companies. - Background in **MedTech, SaaS, AI, or other technology-driven sectors** preferred. - Strong **financial modeling and revenue projection** skills. - Ability to **distill complex business concepts** into clear, compelling narratives. - Experience in **investor relations, fundraising, or strategic consulting** is a plus. - Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, highly technical environment**. - Highly **independent and proactive**, capable of taking broad concepts and turning them into structured, actionable content. ### **Engagement Type** - This is a **short-term project-based role** with potential for continued collaboration. - Flexible working hours, remote-friendly. - Compensation based on experience and scope of work.
