Job Description: Horeb International Ministries is a Christ-Centered nonprofit organization committed to reaching the lost worldwide with the gospel of Jesus, planting churches, equipping, empowering and strengthening ministries across the globe to fulfil the Great Commission, and cultivating genuine encounter with God’s love in serving others. Through Horeb Community Fellowship (HCF), we serve the community by providing: • English language classes for migrants. • Music classes (bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, drums, keyboard) rums), and vocal training for both kids and adults. • Guidance and connection services for migrants facing language barriers by connecting them with vital community institutions. We would also love to assist families in the community who are in need. Horeb International Ministries is seeking an experienced grant writer to help us secure funding for our impactful programs such as: Since our students cannot afford to pay for these classes, we are looking for funding to sustain and expand these essential programs. Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify grant opportunities that align with our mission and programs. 2. Write compelling and tailored grant applications to secure funding. 3. Provide strategic guidance on where to send grant applications to increase our chances of success. 4. Assist with grant management, including reporting requirements, to ensure compliance with funding organizations. 5. Collaborate with our team to gather all necessary information for applications and reports. Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in writing successful grant proposals for nonprofit organizations. • Knowledge of institutions or grant providers that fund programs related to community development, and educational initiatives. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to provide guidance on grant management and reporting processes. Project Details: • This will initially be a freelance/contract position, with the possibility of ongoing collaboration depending on results. • Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.
