Move the Crowd is looking for a Special Projects Associate! This role should have strong project management skills, event planning, and technical and operational background. You will work closely with the CEO who is a coach and author with various task throughout the team. Our Ideal Candidate would have: Must be passionate about the mission and the work and have a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. Must have a minimum of three years of organizational experience in Project Management and Planning, Consulting, and/or Program Coordination. (Coaching and Training experience is a plus) Must have impeccable people skills and experience in customer service including managing program cohorts and/or internal customer teams. Must feel comfortable leading initiatives and managing multiple aspects of a project at one time - i.e. content, program, sales, infrastructure and community Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Must have impeccable & proactive communication skills - writing, speaking, listening Must feel comfortable collaborating with a diverse team and managing timelines and accountability Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams/collaborators. Must be detail and deadline oriented with an ability to create and successfully manage work plans, scopes and timelines Experience in building and nurturing engaged communities, with an emphasis on relationship management and creating a positive, transformative experience for program participants. Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead group discussions, encouraging deep participant interaction and shared learning. Must have strong technical skills and feel confident working with: Kajabi, Airtable, Go High Level, Slack, Google Suite and Asana, (Chat GPT is a plus!) Must have a positive attitude and be solution oriented.
