About Us: Resilient Roots Education is a nonprofit startup that empowers historically underrepresented and underserved students—including those in juvenile hall and on probation—through holistic, research-based educational interventions. Our mission is to foster resilience, academic success, and long-term opportunities by partnering with schools, families, and communities. What We Need: We are looking for an experienced grant researcher and writer to help us secure funding to support our programs. The ideal candidate will be able to: ✅ Research & Identify Grants: Find funding opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and private donors that align with our mission. ✅ Develop a Grant List: Create a database of relevant grants, including deadlines, requirements, and funding priorities. ✅ Write & Submit Grant Applications: Craft compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents that effectively communicate our impact and goals. ✅ Track & Manage Submissions: Keep an organized record of applications, follow-up requirements, and reporting deadlines.
