HR Professional Needed for One-Time Exit Interview & Report We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to conduct a one-time exit interview via phone with a departing employee. The HR professional will be responsible for gathering feedback, identifying key reasons for the employee’s departure, and compiling a concise written report summarizing the conversation. Requirements: • Experience conducting exit interviews or employee relations discussions • Strong communication and active listening skills • Ability to document findings clearly and professionally • Confidentiality and professionalism are essential Project Details: • Scope: One exit interview (approx. 1 hour) + summary report • Format: Remote/phone interview • Timeline: Must be completed within 4 business days of award. • Compensation: $200
