Guiding process of HIPAA review

I am looking for someone to help guide me through putting together the documents needed to bring a small research computer lab ready to pass HIPAA review. The lab has 3 ESX servers with a number of virtual machines hosted on them. Types of documents I believe I may need include: General Policies and Procedures Incident Response Procedures Disaster Recovery Plan Risk Management Policies Business Associate Agreement Change Management Policies The candidate will 1) review the architecture of the lab 2) draft a list of documents I need to prepare and describe them to me 3) evaluate the documents I produce in response to step 2 for completeness and 4) provide other guidance on the process. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have done something like this before successfully.
