Job Description: I own a growing medical aesthetics practice (Facecard Medspa) based in Illinois and am looking for a licensed freelance attorney who can support me on an as-needed basis. This will include handling or advising on: Chargeback disputes (mainly Stripe, Boulevard, CareCredit, etc.) Drafting and reviewing legal response letters (chargebacks, demand notices, defamation threats) Small claims preparation (demand letters, filings, documentation help) Contract enforcement (client agreements, refund policies) Potential defamation cases (false online reviews, reputation management) I'm looking for someone I can consult occasionally — sometimes by message, sometimes with a quick call or letter request. Work will be light but ongoing, and the ideal person will understand small business operations, client-facing service industries, and preferably have experience with healthcare or aesthetics.
