We’re looking for a highly skilled Model-Driven PowerApps Developer to join our team. If you have a passion for building efficient, scalable business tools with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online, we want to hear from you. About the role: You’ll be working with a small firm that specializes in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple client needs and projects at once, all while delivering high-quality, maintainable PowerApps solutions. Responsibilities: -Design and build model-driven PowerApps solutions for internal and client use -Create custom forms, workflows, and dashboards using Power Automate -Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint Online lists/libraries and Power Automate flows -Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions -(Optional but valuable) Develop custom CRM-like solutions using Power Platform tailored to client needs Requirements: -Proven experience developing model-driven PowerApps -Strong experience with Power Automate / Flow -Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online integration and architecture -Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects -US-based (East Coast preferred) -Excellent communication skills Bonus Points For: -Experience working with government contractors or in a government contracting environment -Past work building CRM solutions or advanced business process tools in PowerApps -Consulting background or experience working with multiple clients simultaneously If you’re a detail-oriented Power Platform expert who loves building clean, functional apps and working with diverse clients, let’s talk.
