Plowman Capital is a small, private investment company with a handful of real estate properties and minority stakes in a few businesses. We’re looking for a U.S.-based financial modeling expert to help us build a simple, well-structured Google Sheets dashboard (or equivalent) that tracks: • Performance by investment • Estimated equity and valuations • Monthly and quarterly cash flow • ROI and IRR over time • Personal and company-level distributions We currently manage everything in Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online, and Trello. This project is about creating clarity and simplicity—not complexity. The ideal candidate knows how to build scalable, easy-to-update systems that don’t require constant maintenance. Requirements: • Must be U.S.-based • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, logic, summaries) • Experience building dashboards for small businesses or real estate investors • Bonus: Familiarity with real estate metrics and light business finance To Apply: Please include: 1.
