We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager or Director of Operations to oversee our commercial real estate portfolio consisting of properties nationwide (primarily in TEXAS). This role entails close collaboration with on-site property managers, maintenance teams and vendors to ensure optimal operations and financial performance across all properties we own and manage. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Must have commercial property management experience. Candidates based out of LA area (where our corporate office is located) would be ideal, but NOT required.
