We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Specialist with at least five years of experience designing intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile platforms (Android and iOS). The immediate goal for this role is to enhance our platform's overall UI/UX experience to significantly increase user engagement. The ideal candidate will have worked on world-class products, demonstrating a strong command of modern design trends, user-centered thinking, and seamless cross-platform interface design. This hands-on role requires collaboration with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure every user interaction feels elegant, intuitive, and consistent across devices. Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web, Android, and iOS platforms—from research and wireframes to prototypes and final UI. • Translate complex product requirements into easy-to-use and engaging interfaces. • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and style guide across all digital touchpoints. • Create design mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar programs. • Stay up to date with modern UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines). • Analyze user behavior and data to continually iterate and optimize the user experience. • Advocate for the user in cross-functional team discussions and decision-making. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record in both web and mobile (Android + iOS). • Experience working on world-class products with strong design sensibilities and refined execution. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. • Deep understanding of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines. • Strong portfolio showcasing cross-platform UI/UX design work and process thinking. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas. • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments. • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating closely with developers.
