Project Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced, senior-level UX/UI Product Designer to lead a thoughtful and conversion-focused redesign of our eCommerce website. You'll play a critical role in translating deep customer insights into intuitive, visually engaging, and highly converting designs—specifically our homepage, product pages, and key user journeys. Your Role & Responsibilities: -Conduct and interpret user research, user flows, and customer insights. -Develop and present strategic UX recommendations and wireframes. -Design polished, pixel-perfect, responsive UI mockups in Figma. -Collaborate closely with our growth, marketing, and development teams to ensure a seamless implementation. -Balance strategic thinking with hands-on visual execution to create engaging, conversion-driven experiences. Who We're Looking For: -7+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, ideally in eCommerce, health & wellness, or personal care. -Proven track record designing for high-conversion DTC funnels (subscription models strongly preferred). -Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, research-driven UX, and visually exceptional UI. -Deep familiarity with consumer psychology, conversion optimization, and mobile-first design principles. -Ability to manage complex projects independently, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality work quickly. -Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
