Although we're a very small team, we want to project the image of a modern, well-established, 100+ person company — similar to what you'd expect from a top-tier staffing agency or tech consultancy. What We Need: I’m looking for a professional Webflow designer/developer to create a custom, fully responsive, modern website — no cookie-cutter templates — that reflects our brand as polished, reputable, and capable company. Key Goals: • Make us look like a mid-sized, highly professional IT firm • Appeal to tech professionals and enterprise clients (clean, trustworthy, modern design — not overly corporate or generic). • Ensure it's mobile-optimized and fast-loading. • Easy for us to manage updates internally (Webflow CMS) without ongoing dev help for every minor change. Scope of Work: • Full design and development of ~5-7core pages: o Home o About Us o Services (IT Staffing & Recruiting) o Clients/Case Studies (optional, we can discuss) o Contact (with form) • Incorporation of client logos, testimonials • Integration of simple contact form. • Thoughtful use of whitespace, typography, iconography, and strong calls to action (CTAs). • Guidance on Webflow hosting setup. • Guidance on Copy Design Style & References: We want something sleek, modern, and clean — sites we like: • HumanBees • Swoon • Techees • Andela Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience designing for tech companies, professional services, SaaS, staffing/recruiting firms, or similar • Strong Webflow design and development skills — custom designs, not just template editing. • Ability to translate brand goals into a strong visual identity. • Bonus if you can help with basic brand polishing (e.g., color palette, typography suggestions) • Bonus if you can help with Copy Deliverables: • Fully functioning Webflow website. • Mobile and tablet optimization. • Documentation or quick walk-through on how to manage content post-launch (CMS basics). • SEO Ready website Budget: Looking to stay within $1,500–$4,000 USD, but open to proposals based on scope and experience.
