Graphic Designer for Excel Charts and PowerPoint

Looking for a graphic designer for one-time contract assignment. * MUST BE local (Marin County, this is non-negotiable). * MUST HAVE advanced / expert experience designing Excel charts for use in PowerPoints. (Significant experience with Excel charts and B2B data visualization is non-negotiable.) * MUST HAVE significant experience with PowerPoint slide design using embedded /linked Excel charts/tables, as well as other graphic design skills. Project is to embellish existing, branded slide deck template that uses a variety of embedded / linked Excel charts. We have the basic branding / color scheme / design, but there are some elements we need improved, including slide headers, charts, etc.
